          My name is John and I offer a professional multi- step, customized  process for carpet cleaning  at a reasonable price. 
 
           I have more than 25 years experience in the industry.  
 
           My BASIC cleaning is what other’s charge extra for!!!!   As a matter of fact, I don’t have a “premium” cleaning.  The way I figure it, I should clean your carpets the best I can AND I figure you expect that much!!!
 
             I am a  dedicated Christian family man with the highest of morals and integrity.  If you have been cheated in the past, I give you my word, it will not happen with me. 
 
What we do?
 
               I will clean your carpets, rugs and upholstery the right way.  I'm not in a rush to get out of your house.  If multiple processes are not used, and a custom blend of cleaning agents mixed for your particular application is not applied, then you will have more dirt left in your fibers than you should have.  Don't be fooled by one step truck mounted systems that have premixed solution ready to go. Just like doing your laundry, there are several steps you need to take to get your clothes clean. And not all laundry is the same. Different stains require different products to remove them properly. Sometimes you have to pre treat the stains, some times you have to pre soak the whole load, right? You don't use bleach on all the clothes do you? NO!
 
 
             Before I begin I will evauluate what needs to be cleaned and use the appropriate products for your particular needs. Sources of stains vary greatly and need to be attacked differently. I have products for food stains and food grease, grease stains fron mechanical devices, urine stains, markers, cosmetics, dirt and mud, candle and paint stains, rust stains and alot more. As you can see, different stains do need different products to remove them. In certain cases I will also power scrub the carpet to agitate the dirl loose. I use a very large commercial 'portabe" unit. It's called a portable because it can be moved around but it weighs 120 pounds empty, contains 2 heaters and 2 of the most powerful vacuum moters made. With this equipment I can custom mix the solution for your particular job, on site after seeing the carpets. No truck mounted system can do that. Using this method, I have been able to clean carpets that some customers thought were not cleanable.

              The other major advantage I offer is my experience. You get a technician with over 25 years of practical experience in carpet cleaning and all related services as a business owner and operator. I am familiar with and have used practically every method of carpet cleaning method and system there is to use.
              I use top rated products and equipment and offer a wide variety of services.
 
               I also offer flood clean up services and carpet repair and stretching.
 
                Please understand, not all stains will come out. There are many factors affecting the success of stain removal including type of stain, wear on carpet, length of time stain has set in, and previous attempts at removing the stain.

My cleaning process for carpets:

--- I WILL INSPECT YOUR CARPET OR UPHOLSTERY AND DETERMINE WHAT NEEDS TO BE USED.
--- I WILL VACUUM CARPETS OR UPHOLSTERY WITH TOP QUALITY VACUUM.
--- I WILL PRE SPOT ALL CARPETS ESPECIALLY STAINS AND TRAFFIC AREAS OR TREAT STAINS ON UPHOLSTERY.
--- IF NEEDED, I WILL POWER SCRUB THE CARPET WITH A ROARY MACHINE OR BRUSH SCRUB THE UPHOLSTERY.
--- I WILL EXTRACT DIRT AND WATER OUT WITH A COMMERCIAL EXTRACTOR.
--- I WILL TREAT TOUGH STAINS USING A SPOT REMOVAL KIT.

Reasonable rates:

$25.00 per room (up to 180 square feet) for the first 3 rooms
$15.0 per room afterward (with basic furniture moved)
$10.00 per 20 feet of hallway
$15.00 per stairway per floor $20.00 if there is a landing or curved stairway.
$ 5.00 per room for power scrubbing.
Sofas start at $45.00 (depending on length and number of removable cushions)
Love seats start at 35.00 (depending on length and number of removable cushions)
Chairs Start at $7.50 (depending on size and number of cleanable sides or cushions)

STEP 1--- I do a visual inspection of your carpet or rug. I will then determine the proper cleaning  method and products to use for your home. I have found that every home is a little bit different. You will get a customized cleaning job!!!
 
STEP 2---I will move as much furniture as possible and clear out the room. (please understand, for the protection of your valuables, if you could clear out any small items, breakables, papers and boxes, it would be better).
 
STEP 3---I will vacuum your carpets with a powerful commercial cleaner.
 
STEP 4---I will then pre spot (condition) your carpets especially the high traffic areas and any stained areas. 
 
STEP 5---The next step, if neccessary, is to rotary scrub your carpets with a commercial cleaning machine to loosen and suspend the dirt.  Not all carpets require this step depending on the particular type and amount of soils in the carpeting.  In addition, not all carpeting can tollerate this process.  Please allow me to use my experience in this situation.
 
STEP 6--- At his point , depending on stains in the carpet, I may treat them with stain specific products to loosen the stubborn stains. Some stain treatment is better done after extraction than before.
 
STEP 7---I will then use a powerful steam cleaning commercial extractor to extract the dirt and moisture from your carpet.
 
STEP 8--- If there are still stains in the carpet, I will then use a spot removal kit to treat each stain.
 
Step 9--- I will then show you what I have done and hopefully you will approve.
 
Step 10--- I will return any furniture moved before and place carpet protectors under any legs as needed.  Please understand that not all furniture can be replaced immediatally.
 
 
My cleaning process for upholstery:
 
 
STEP 1--- I do a visual inspection of your upholstery or furniture. I will do a color test on the fabric and I will them determine the proper cleaning method and products to use for your home. I have found that every home is a little bit different. You will get a customized job!!!
 
STEP 2---I will vacuum your upholsery  with a powerful commercial cleaner if needed and if the upholstery can tolorate it.
 
STEP 3---I will then pre spot (condition) your upholstery or furniture especially the high use areas and any stained areas.
 
STEP 4---The next step is to scrub your upholstery or furniture with an appropriate brush where and as needed to loosen and suspend the dirt.
 
STEP 5--- At his point , depending on stains in the upholstery or furniture , I may treat them with stain specific products to loosen the stubborn stains. Some stain treatment is better done after extraction than before.
 
STEP 6 ---I will then use a powerful steam cleaning commercial extractor to extract the dirt and moisture for your upholstery or furniture.
 
STEP 7--- If there are still stains in the upholstery or furniture, I will then use a spot removal kit to treat each stain.
 
Step 8--- I will then show you what I have done and hopefully you will approve.
 
 
FLOOD CLEAN UP
 
Services priced on a per job basis. Too many variables to even begin a pricing structure. However I’ll do the job right and won’t cost thousands of dollars like the “restoration” companies. Nothing against them, they do a good job but simply they charge way too much.
 
 
 Please understand and be aware of the following:

-----Not all stains will come out. There are many factors affecting the success of stain removal including type of stain, wear on carpet or fabric, length of time stain has set in, and previous attempts at removing the stain.

-----Not all steps can be used on all types of carpet or upholstery.

-----Please let me use my experience and judgement at this time.

-----Please move as much of your personal items out of the areas to be serviced. I will move the sofas, tables and chairs, ect. I ussually do not move beds. dressers armoirs, china cabinets and other large item like that unless requested. If you do request these items to be moved, please empty them.

-----Extremely dirty or heavly soiled carpets may require a higher pricing point than mentioned on my website. I am very realistic when asking for a higher fee.
